• Cancellation before any design work has begun: **Full refund**
• Cancellation after initial design draft: **50% refund**
• Cancellation after development has started: **No refund**

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are **non-refundable**:

• Domain name purchases and hosting fees
• Completed and delivered design work
• Custom code and integrations

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within **5-10 business days** to the original payment method.
